What’s included in the session?
Each mini session is 20 minutes long at a beautiful seasonal location. You’ll get a private online gallery and 5 fully edited, high-resolution images of your choice. These are perfect for holiday cards, gifts, or simply updating your family photos.

How much does it cost?
Mini sessions are $300 and include 5 images. If you fall in love with more (and most families do!), you can add extras individually or purchase the full gallery.

How many photos will I see in my gallery?
You can expect to see between 20 and 40 images in your proofing gallery. This gives you a variety of poses, smiles, and little candid moments to choose from.

Can we order prints?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll have the option to order professional-quality prints directly from your gallery. The print lab sets the prices and your prints will be shipped right to your home.

Where are the sessions happening?

• September: At the beach for end-of-summer vibes

• October: At a cozy apple farm surrounded by fall colors

• November: At a Christmas tree farm, perfect for holiday photos

What happens if it rains?
Rain dates will be provided if needed. If it is cloudy, chilly, or a little windy, the session will still go on. Some of the best photos happen in cozy sweaters under a cloudy sky.

How do I book?
Booking opens on my website. You will be able to select your date and time, sign an agreement. The full session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your spot.

What if we need to reschedule?
Since mini sessions are limited, reschedules are only possible if another slot is available. Otherwise, the retainer is non-refundable.

What if we need to cancel?
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel your session at least 14 days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before your session, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session (or no-shows) are non-refundable. You’re always welcome to gift or transfer your session to a friend or family member if you can’t make it.

When will we get our photos?
Galleries are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of your session. That gives you plenty of time to use them for holiday cards and gifts.

What should we wear?
Coordinating outfits in neutral or earthy tones always photograph beautifully. Soft colors, layers, and simple patterns are ideal. After you book, I’ll send you a style guide with tips to make planning outfits stress-free.

Can we bring grandparents or extended family?
Mini sessions are best for immediate family, couples, or individuals. If you would like to include extended family, a full session would be a better option. Reach out and I will be happy to help you plan it.
